用统一敏感的RIA法同时检测HBsAg、抗—HBs。抗—HBc在我省尚属首次。为完成乙肝疫苗在我省同德县保护人群的观察,我们于1986年6～7月对该县所有学校的1513例中小学生,1032例牧民群众及散居少年儿童共计2545人进行了乙型肝炎感染情况的基础调查。本次调查结果表明:同德地区乙型肝炎的感染情况非常严重,总感染率达67.39％。在巴水地区的群众中高达88.14％。其中已认定的巴水
Simultaneous detection of HBsAg and anti-HBs by uniform and sensitive RIA method. Anti-HBc is the first time in our province. To complete the observation of population protection of Hepatitis B vaccine in Tongde County of our province, we conducted a total of 2,545 primary and secondary school students, 1,032 primary and secondary school students, 1,032 herdsmen and scattered children and adolescents from all schools in the county from June to July 1986 for hepatitis B Basic investigation of infection.
