新洁尔灭是一种阳离子表面活性剂,对组织无刺激性,多用于皮肤粘膜消毒。高奉浔等用新洁尔灭对小白鼠进行了抗早孕试验,周世清等对新洁尔灭抗早孕作了药理研究。我院从1988年10月将新洁尔灭抗早孕应用于临床,截至1990年8月底总共观察了865例,报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 观察对象:选择妊娠≤70天要求人工流产的健康受孕者(带节育器者除外)。865例中初孕妇35例,经孕未产妇5例,经产妇825例。年龄在20～30岁者589例,占68.09%,31～45岁者276例,占31.91％。
