为了处理武钢CSP厂2号连铸机在热试前的模拟试车过程中发生的摆剪齿轮箱高速轴切断事故,分析了该连铸机摆剪的功能、设备组成、结构特点及工作原理,从而找到了事故发生的具体原因,并采取了改进措施。改进后,高速轴靠电机端的轴承冷却效果得到了很大改善,摆剪系统设备运行正常,确保了2号连铸机热试成功。
In order to deal with the cutting off of the high speed shaft of the pendulum shearing gearbox occurred during the simulation test before the hot test, the CSP plant No. 2 continuous casting machine of WISCO was analyzed. The function, equipment composition, structure characteristics and working principle of this caster were analyzed. Thus found the concrete reason that the accident happened, and took the improvement measure. After the improvement, the high-speed shaft by the motor-side bearing cooling effect has been greatly improved, pendulum shear system equipment is operating normally, to ensure that the No. 2 caster heat test success.
