欧洲甜樱桃引种到四川西部冷凉干燥生态类型区的阿坝州栽培,表现出生长迅速、成花容易、丰产性好、抗逆性强等良好的适应性。1年抽梢2次,新梢年生长量大,一般1 m左右,最高可达4 m,萌芽率高,成枝力弱;可实现3年试花,4年初果,7～8 a进入盛果期;果粒大,色泽艳丽,味甜风味浓,品质优,其中红灯平均单果重9.94 g,可溶性固形物平均18.7%,浓红至紫红色,表现最好,综合性状超过原产地大连,巨红、佳红、13-33、8-129、实生3号表现好,综合性状接近原产地大连,适宜在该区域推广栽培。
