目的:观察眼科超声诊断仪(A超)在招飞体检正常视力眼屈光要素检查中的应用价值。方法:选择参加招飞体检的男性应届高中毕业生430例(860眼),采用眼科A超测量前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度及视轴长度;采用自动验光仪检测屈光度数。结果:屈光度数与前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度、眼轴长度值显著相关(P<0.05),屈光度越接近近视,前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度、眼轴长度越大。眼轴长度均进入以晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度为因变量的回归方程。结论:采用招飞体检中,眼科A超有助于能增强对屈光性质判别及近视眼发展倾向的预测,从而提高角膜屈光手术眼及角膜塑性术眼的检出率。
Objective: To observe the value of ophthalmologic ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus (A-ultrasonography) in the examination of refraction elements in the normal visual acuity eye. Methods: A total of 430 male high school graduates (860 eyes) were enrolled in this study. The depth of the anterior chamber, the thickness of the lens, the length of the vitreous cavity and the length of the optic axis were measured by ophthalmologic A-scan. The refraction was measured with an automatic refraction meter. Results: The dioptric power was significantly correlated with the depth of the anterior chamber, the thickness of the lens, the length of the vitreous cavity and the axial length (P <0.05). The closer the diopter was to myopia, the greater the depth of the anterior chamber, the thickness of the lens and the length of the vitreous cavity. Axis length into the lens thickness, vitreous cavity length as a dependent variable regression equation. Conclusion: The use of ophthalmic A-ultrasound helps to improve the predictive value of refractive properties and the development of myopia, so as to improve the detection rate of corneal refractive eye and plastic surgery eye.
