随着结核病防治工作不断深入开展以及化学疗法的进展,肺结核死亡率有了显著下降,死亡结构也发生了很大的变化。第三次全国结核病流调结果显示肺结核患病率为523/10万,涂阳患病率为134/10万,结核病死亡率为21/10万,结核病死亡占各种疾病死亡原因的第7位。从结核病人死亡分类可见,绝大多数(85.5-89.5％)死于肺结核。本文对我院住院肺结核病人的死因死亡现状进行了调查研究,并作一简要分析。为改善今后的防治对策,制订本地区防治措施提供依据,现报道如下。
With the progress of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis and progress of chemotherapy, the death rate of pulmonary tuberculosis has dropped significantly, and the death structure has undergone great changes. The results of the third national TB survey showed that the prevalence of tuberculosis was 523/10 million, the prevalence of smear-positive was 134/10 million, and the death rate of tuberculosis was 21/10 million. Tuberculosis deaths accounted for the seventh Bit. According to the death classification of TB patients, the vast majority (85.5-89.5%) died of tuberculosis. In this paper, hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis death cause of death were investigated and made a brief analysis.
