与脂肪酸转运和氧化相关的脂肪酸转运膜蛋白主要包括两类——脂肪酸结合蛋白(fattyacid binding protein,FABP)和脂肪酸转运蛋白(fatty acid transport protein,FATP)。近年来对其进行了很多研究,FABP中关于脂肪酸转位酶(fatty translocase/cluster of differentiation 36,FAT/CD36)的研究较多,FAT/CD36与膜脂肪酸结合蛋白(plasma membrane fatty acid binding protein,FABPpm)均可通过腺苷酸一磷酸激活蛋白激酶(adenine monophosphate protein kinase,AMPK)和肌肉收缩激活从而引起转位,而FATP中研究得较多的主要是FATP-1和FATP-4,二者与运动以及骨骼肌脂肪酸转运均密切相关。
