细菌性痢疾(简称菌痢)是由痢疾杆菌所引起,以急性发热、腹痛、腹泻、里急后重及排脓血样大便为主要特征的肠道传染病。至今亦属常见病、多发病之一。根据汉代张仲景伤寒论中用“白头翁汤治疗痢疾”的古训,结合笔者多年来的临床实践,在原方基础上妙加广木香,颇为得心应手。从1989年至1991年上半年间诊治病人15例,治愈率为100％。 Bacterial dysentery (abbreviated as bacillary dysentery) is caused by dysentery bacillus. It is an intestinal infectious disease characterized by acute fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, tenesmus, and blood-like defecation. It is also one of common and frequently-occurring diseases. According to Zhang Zhongjing’s treatise on typhoid fever in the Han dynasty, the old training with “Pulsatilla decoction to treat diarrhea” combined with the author’s clinical practice over the years has helped Miaoguang wooden incense on the basis of the original side, which is quite handy. From the 1989 to the first half of 1991, 15 patients were treated and the cure rate was 100%.
