1 问题的提出随着我国改革开放和经济建设的迅速发展,人们的物质和精神生活水平逐年提高,在衣、食、住、行极其方便和丰富的今天,人们对健康的认识越来越深刻。做为社会宝贵财富之一的中老年人,参加适当的体育锻炼,不仅能增强心肺胃肠及神经系统的功能,改善新陈代谢营状况,提高造血机能和抗病能力,还能防止高血压、动脉硬化、冠心病等现代都市病的发生。游泳锻炼是否是中老年人选择的最佳项目,其健康价值有多大是本研究所论证的内容。 2 研究方法 2.1 检测法:针对全省经常参加游泳锻炼的40-70岁的中老人(男60名,女40名)和100名参加游
