运用产业梯度系数和产业相对梯度系数分析方法对长江中上游各省区重点承接东部沿海地区产业进行实证分析。首先,通过产业梯度系数的测度确立东部沿海地区和长江中上游地区开发开放的优势产业,实证表明东部沿海地区产业存在向长江中上游地区转移的客观条件和动力。其次,根据产业相对梯度系数计算东部沿海地区产业梯度系数与长江中上游地区产业梯度系数的比值,明确长江中上游各省区重点承接的产业。最后,从促进长江中上游地区承接东部沿海地区产业转移、优化长江中上游地区产业结构及进一步推动长江中上游地区经济良性发展的角度提出政策建议。
By using the method of industrial gradient coefficient and industrial relative gradient coefficient, this paper empirically analyzes the key industries undertaking the eastern coastal areas in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. First of all, through the determination of the industrial gradient coefficient, the advantageous industries developed in the eastern coastal areas and the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are established. Empirical evidence shows that the industries in eastern coastal areas have the objective conditions and motivation to transfer to the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Secondly, according to the relative gradient coefficient of industries, the ratio of the industrial gradient coefficient in the eastern coastal areas to the industrial gradient coefficient in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River is calculated, and the key industries undertaken by the provinces in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are identified. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward from promoting the industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, optimizing the industrial structure in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River and further promoting the sound economic development in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
