利用射频作为经导管消蚀能源根治顽固性快速心律失常正日益受到国内外学者的重视。本文采用2.2MHZ 的射频电磁能源对8只犬房室交界区进行消蚀术,旨在探讨能以提高消蚀术成功率的技术关键,并观察射频消蚀术对房室交界区的作用、安全性及所造成的组织学改变,从而为临床应用提供可靠的依据。材料和方法健康成年杂种犬8只,雌雄不拘,体重12~22kg。3%异戍巴比妥钠(30mg/kg 体重)腹腔内注射麻醉。描记肢体导联和 V_1导联心电图后,常规消毒铺敷。切开右侧股静脉,先后置入国产6F 四极导管二根,USCI6F3或4极希氏束导管一根。导管尾端全部按顺序插入FSN—Ⅱ型多用心电信号/电刺激转换输出盒,再接至日本光电 RM—6000型多导生理记
