对一种为高速导弹设计的楔块式火工分离机构的薄弱环节进行了受力分析与强度校核,基于失效分析方法得到内筒螺纹段是影响分离机构总体载荷强度的关键,其最大承载力为21.6kN;通过对该机构进行分离能力与承载力试验,得到其分离时间为1.2ms左右,平均最大承载力为21kN左右。试验表明理论强度校核方法能准确估算出机构的最大承载力,可为类似航天器火工装置的设计提供有益参考。
The analysis and strength checking of a kind of weak part of a wedge-type firework separation mechanism designed for high-speed missile has been carried out. Based on the failure analysis method, the inner-barrel screw thread section is the key factor that affects the overall load strength of the separating mechanism. The force is 21.6kN. Through the test of separation capacity and bearing capacity, the separation time is about 1.2ms and the average maximum bearing capacity is about 21kN. Experiments show that the theoretical strength checking method can accurately estimate the maximum bearing capacity of the mechanism and provide a useful reference for the design of a similar spacecraft torch unit.
