贵州省余庆县一直积极探索创建“富在农家增收入,学在农家长智慧,乐在农家爽精神,美在农家展新貌”的富、学、乐、美“四在农家”活动,取得了显著成效。“四在农家”活动相继受到国家有关部门和省、市各级领导的充分肯定,并作为西部地区社会主义新农村建设的有效模式进行推广。余庆县财政部门把新农村建设作为财政支农的出发点和落脚点,积极参与“四在农家”创建活动,引导建立新农村建设筹资机制,逐步形成了政府补助、部门帮助、社会赞助、农民自助的多渠道投入机制,促进了余庆县社会主义新农村建设健康快速发展。
