目的　探讨青少年精神障碍患者的行为及情绪问题。方法　用 Aohenbach青少年行为自评量表 (YSR)对 96例青少年精神障碍患者进行评定。结果　研究组男女 YSR总均分、各因子均分及各因子现患率显著高于对照组。以各因子 98百分位数和 YSR总分 90百分位数为界值 ,研究组现患率高于对照组。结论　青少年精神障碍患者行为及情绪问题较正常青少年多而且明显 Objective To explore the behavioral and emotional problems of adolescents with mental disorders. Methods A total of 96 adolescents with mental disorders were assessed with the Aohenbach Adolescent Behavior Self-rating Scale (YSR). Results The male and female YSR total score, all factors and the prevalence of each factor were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group. Taking the 98th percentile of each factor and the 90th percentile of YSR as the cutoff, the prevalence of the study group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Adolescents with mental disorders have more and more obvious behavioral and emotional problems than normal adolescents
