《管子》是我国历上法家的一部重要著作,记载了非常丰富的管理思想,尤其是朴素的辨证法思想在管理中的运用使其更具现代价值。本文从管理哲学的角度出发,对《管子》的市场经济思想做了一个清理和概括,并从现代管理的视角对此作了一定的分析与评价。 Guan Zi is an important book that our country went through as a legalist. It records a very rich management thought. In particular, the simplistic dialectics thought makes it more modern in management. From the perspective of management philosophy, this paper makes a clean-up and generalization of “Guan Zi”’s market economy thinking, and makes some analysis and evaluation from the perspective of modern management.
