蒸汽发生器用干燥器由带钩波形板和疏水结构组成,文章介绍了带钩波形板的疏水钩数目、屈折角度、波形板间距等结构因素对分离效果的影响和疏水结构的改进过程。试验表明,带钩波形板干燥器允许入口湿度在较大范围内变动,干燥器的工作性能与疏水结构密切相关。试验选出疏水结构的疏水效果远远超过国内外同类结构,具有独创性。
The desiccator for steam generator consists of a wave plate with a hook and a hydrophobic structure. The article introduces the influence of structural factors such as the number of hydrophobic hooks, flexing angle and the distance between the corrugated plates on the separation effect and the improvement process of the hydrophobic structure. Experiments show that the hooked corrugated plate dryer allows the inlet humidity to change within a wide range. The working performance of the dryer is closely related to the hydrophobic structure. Hydrophobic test selected hydrophobic structure far more than similar structures at home and abroad, with originality.
