目的:用HPLC法测定益心通脉颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:反相HPLC法,岛津Shim-packVP-ODS柱,甲醇-乙睛-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,λ=286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在1.289~91.650mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=1 058 324.228 23X-1 364.267 24,R2=0.999 97,平均加样回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.173 4%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性强,为益心通脉颗粒中丹酚酸B的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。
Objective: To determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Yixintongmai Granules by HPLC. Methods: Reversed phase HPLC, Shimadzu Shim-pack VP-ODS column, methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30:10:1:59) were used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and λ = 286 nm. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 1.289 ~ 91.650mg / mL. The regression equation was Y = 1 058 324.228 23X-1 364.267 24, R2 = 0.999 97, the average recovery was 99.96%, RSD was 0.173 4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides a scientific and effective method for the quantitative analysis of salvianolic acid B in Yixintongmai granules.
