以白桦成熟合子胚为外植体,建立了白桦合子胚快速不定芽诱导体系:合子胚经消毒纵切后,在培养基WPM+2.0mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1NAA中,可直接诱导形成不定芽,诱导率最高为93.3%,不定芽诱导数为8.7个;WPM+4.0mg·L-1 TDZ上也有较好的诱导效果,不定芽诱导率为90.2%,不定芽诱导数为7.6个,这表明WPM+2.0mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA是白桦成熟合子胚不定芽诱导的较优培养基。NAA能有效促进嫩茎生根,其最佳浓度为0.2mg·L-1。
The mature zygotic embryos of Betula platyphylla were used as explants to establish the rapid adventitious bud induction system of zygotic embryos.
