用云芝糖肽(PSP)灌胃,对大鼠下丘脑神经元电活动和脾脏淋巴细胞免疫功能进行观察。结果表明,与对照组比较PSP能明显增加MBH神经元放电频率(P<0.001);提高电针抑制反应的发生率(P<0.05);提高脾脏T淋巴细胞的免疫功能(P<0.01);对脾脏B淋巴细胞的功能无明显影响。
The mice were treated with PSP by intragastric administration, and the neuronal activity in the hypothalamus and the immune function of spleen lymphocytes were observed. The results showed that compared with the control group, PSP could significantly increase the discharge frequency of MBH neurons (P <0.001), increase the inhibition rate of electroacupuncture (P <0.05), and enhance the immune function of T lymphocytes (P <0.01); No significant effect on the function of splenic B lymphocytes.
