After the Spring Festival, many industries in Nanjing, Wuhan and other cities were facing manpower shortage and some even were unable to open their business because of shortage of staff. In an interview, the reporter found that the available labor force on the market is still quite surplus, but few really find a suitable job. A strange phenomenon therefore arises: on the one hand, a large number of enterprises “seek thirst for others”; the other hand, tens of thousands of people can not find a job, more people give up their jobs because they are underpaid. Information from all over the world seems to be conveying a common message to people - behind the “shortage of labor” is the real reason behind the low labor prices for a long time.
