稠油开采是油田开发中后期稳产措施之一。开发稠油与稠油井井下流量监测密切相关。由于稠油物性独特 ,用现有井下流量计对其进行监测有困难。为此 ,开展了稠油物性研究 ,从方法上分析了现行井下流量计面临的困难 ,并进一步探讨了新的测量原理。在此基础上 ,提出在非专用条件下 ,可用涡轮反转原理研制稠油井井下流量计 ;利用互相关原理或超声波方法开发稠油井井下流量计的可能途径。
Heavy oil production is one of the stable measures in the middle and late stages of oilfield development. The development of heavy oil and heavy oil wells downhole flow monitoring is closely related. Due to the unique properties of heavy oil, it is difficult to monitor it with existing downhole flowmeters. To this end, the study of heavy oil properties has been carried out, and the difficulties faced by the current downhole flowmeter have been analyzed in terms of methods and the new measuring principle has been further explored. Based on this, it is proposed that the non-special conditions can be used to develop the downhole flowmeter of heavy oil wells by the turbine reversal principle. The possible ways to develop the downhole flowmeter of heavy oil wells by using the cross-correlation principle or the ultrasonic method are proposed.
