体力活动能够预防慢性疾病的发生已是不争的事实。近些年,心血管疾病的发病率与死亡率居高不下,已成为危害人类健康的首要杀手。本文通过总结体力活动与心血管疾病危险因素的关系,得出体力活动通过改善血压、血脂、血糖及体重等危险因素降低心血管疾病的发生,旨在促使人们能够积极进行中等强度、低强度长时间高频率的体力活动以及适量的抗阻运动,减少静态行为,从而减少心血管疾病的发生。
It is an indisputable fact that physical activity can prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases. In recent years, the high morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases has become the primary killer of human health. By summarizing the relationship between physical activity and risk factors of cardiovascular disease, we conclude that physical activity can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases by improving the risk factors such as blood pressure, blood fat, blood glucose and body weight so as to promote the active participation of moderate-intensity, low- Time high frequency of physical activity and the amount of resistance exercise, reduce static behavior, thereby reducing the incidence of cardiovascular disease.
