余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica)也叫余甘果、回甘子,由于它的果味独特,食后生津,并有余甘,故名。它富含维生素 C 和具抗微生物作用,有较高的营养成分和一定的药效作用。我国南方各省都有分布,尤以广东和福建更为丰富。目前多为野生或半野生,但不少地方已有采收和食用的习惯,有些地方经过初步加工利用,得到了较好的经济效益。随着人们食物结构的改变,凡有益于健康长寿、富含天然成分的营养食品,会越来越受到人们的重视。看来,为了提高山区生产的经济效益,增加医药保健食物品种,研究和开发余甘子这种野果资源,是有前途的。本文仅就余甘子的经济用途和栽培技术略加综述,同时就开发利用方面提出一些初步意见,以资参考。
Phyllanthus emblica, also known as the sweetgum, back to the sweetgum, because of its unique fruity taste, after eating fluid, and more willing, hence the name. It is rich in vitamin C and anti-microbial effect, a higher nutritional content and certain pharmacodynamic effects. All provinces in southern China are distributed, especially in Guangdong and Fujian are more abundant. At present, mostly wild or semi-wild, but in many places have the habit of harvesting and consumption, in some areas after preliminary processing and utilization, get better economic benefits. With the change of people’s food structure, those who benefit from healthy and longevity, rich in natural ingredients of nutritious foods, will be more and more people’s attention. It seems that in order to increase the economic benefits of mountain production and increase the varieties of medicinal and health food, it is promising to study and develop this wild berry resource. This article only on the economic use of emblica and cultivation techniques a little review, at the same time on the development and utilization put forward some preliminary opinions, for reference.
