本文运用SWOT矩阵战略规划分析方法,通过内外环境的交叉分析建构,对长三角区域的旅游产品进行分析了内部优势和内部劣势、外部机遇和外部危机分析,在此基础上提出整合开发对策。
This paper analyzes the internal and external weaknesses, external opportunities and external crises of tourism products in the Yangtze River Delta region by means of SWOT matrix strategic planning and analysis method through the cross-analysis of internal and external environment. Based on this, the article proposes the integrated development countermeasures.
