通过双掺适量的引气减水剂和超细矿渣,对普通路面水泥混凝土进行耐久性优化设计。试验结果表明,随着矿渣掺量的增加,保证混凝土具备适当工作性和引气量所需的引气减水剂掺量增大;在选定合适的配比后,改性混凝土的抗弯拉强度和变形能力提高,抗冻和抗塑性开裂能力也有明显改善。改性混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能均较普通混凝土有大幅度改善,呈现出向高性能水泥混凝土转化的趋势。
Through the double admixture of air-entraining superplasticizer and ultra-fine slag, the ordinary pavement concrete durability optimization design. The experimental results show that with the increase of slag content, the amount of air-bleed water-reducing admixture required to ensure appropriate workability and air-entraining capacity of concrete increases.
