针对HBT60型混凝土泵出现摆阀液压缸换向停顿的故障,分析其泵送液压系统的工作原理,利用功率键合图的建模方法建立相应的数学模型,并运用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具箱对故障特性进行仿真。仿真结果表明引起摆阀液压缸换向停顿故障的根本原因为逻辑取信阀弹簧刚度过大及单向阀弹簧预紧力过大,对相关参数进行调整后,故障现象得以消除。
Aiming at the failure of the hydraulic cylinder of the swing valve in the HBT60 concrete pump, the working principle of the pumping hydraulic system is analyzed. The corresponding mathematical model is established by using the modeling method of the power bond diagram. The MATLAB / Simulink simulation toolbox Fault characteristics simulation. The simulation results show that the root cause of the hydraulic cylinder commutation caused by the swinging valve is that the logical fiducial valve spring stiffness is excessive and the one-way valve spring preload force is too large. After the relevant parameters are adjusted, the fault phenomenon can be eliminated.
