本文从住宅小区街区制的基本概念和具体模式出发,立足于当下中国城市进程的发展情况,分析了其中的利弊和推行的困难之处,认为街区制作为现代城市的先进规划理念予以认可和实行已经成为大势所趋,而实现街区制的推行计划任重而道远,在推行的过程中必须以群众利益为先,结合城市的发展状况制定详细的规划,先行试点、循序渐进,加强配套措施的实施,因地制宜、不能简单搞“一刀切”。 Based on the basic conception and concrete mode of residential district block system, based on the development of current urban process in China, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the difficulties in its implementation.
