随着高压喷射钻井的发展,泥浆泵的压力逐渐提高,要求高压管汇耐高压,不刺不漏,正常钻井中不出问题。为此,旧有的泥浆管汇适应不了高压喷射钻井发展的需要,必须进行改进。高压管汇由阀门、管件(三通、弯头、法兰、油壬)和4(1/2)″钻杆组焊而成(见图),是钻井高压循环系统的重要组成部分。这套装备,对采取高压喷射钻井工艺、提高钻井速度、实现钻井翻番、延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。
