目的为了解涤纶长丝生产过程中产生的生产性噪声对作业工人健康的影响,对某石化公司新建的涤纶长丝生产线噪声暴露情况进行了检测调查,以探讨其噪声对工人健康的危害程度。方法采用作业场所噪声水平检测和作业工人个体噪声暴露水平检测的方法。结果纺丝工段作业场所噪声平均水平为(83.17±0.72)dB(A),符合国家职业卫生标准接触限值的要求;卷绕工段作业场所噪声平均水平为(90±2.80)dB(A),均超过职业卫生标准接触限值的要求。频谱分析为中低频宽带。8h等效声级结果显示:纺丝工噪声暴露平均暴露水平为(82.00±0.11)dB(A)。卷绕工噪声平均暴露水平为(85.73±0.17)dB(A)。8 h/d等效声级结果:纺丝工82.70 dB(A);卷绕工85.13 dB(A),作业分级为I级,轻度危害。结论该生产线在噪声控制方面取得明显效果。减少噪声接触时间和降低作业场所噪声水平,定期作业场所监测。加强职业健康监护,及时发现职业禁忌证,预防噪声暴露的累积效应对噪声作业工人健康的危害。
Aim To understand the impact of production noise on the health of workers during the production of polyester filament yarn, the noise exposure of a newly established polyester filament yarn production line of a petrochemical company was investigated in order to investigate the extent of noise damage to workers’ health. Methods The method of workplace noise level detection and worker individual noise exposure level detection was adopted. Results The average noise level at the workplace of the spinning section was (83.17 ± 0.72) dB (A), which met the requirements of the national occupational health standards. The noise level at the workplace of the winding section was (90 ± 2.80) dB (A) All exceed the requirements of occupational health standards exposure limits. Spectrum analysis for the low-frequency broadband. The equivalent sound level at 8h showed that the average noise exposure of spinning workers was (82.00 ± 0.11) dB (A). Wound noise average exposure level was (85.73 ± 0.17) dB (A). 8 h / d Equivalent sound level Results: Spinning 82.70 dB (A); Winding 85.13 dB (A), Class I, lightly endangered. Conclusion The production line in the noise control has achieved significant results. Reduce noise exposure time and reduce workplace noise levels, regular workplace monitoring. Strengthen occupational health monitoring, timely detection of occupational contraindications and prevent the cumulative effects of noise exposure on the health hazards of noise workers.
