本文报告3例骨的恶性血管内皮细胞瘤的超微结构。肿瘤为互相无数吻合的血管腔隙,腔壁衬以增生的,异形性的内皮细胞。肿瘤细胞呈芽状增生突向血管腔呈乳头状结构。在肿瘤生长活跃区,细胞聚集成片块状,无腔隙,该处肿瘤细胞间变更为明显。肿瘤细胞核圆形,椭圆形。时有核凹陷使其几成分叶状。核仁极清晰多数目1~4个,并有明显边集现象。胞质内的粗面内质网及Golgi复合体均不发达。线粒体数量多,但其大小,形态各异,表示其有畸变,并可见相当数量的退变线粒体。丰富的游离多聚核糖体满布整个细胞质。而肿瘤细胞最重要的特征是
This article reports the ultrastructure of malignant vascular endothelial cell tumors in 3 cases. The tumors are numerous vascular cavities that match each other, and the walls of the lining are lined with hyperplastic and heterotypic endothelial cells. Tumor cells showed a bud-like hyperplasia and a papillary structure in the vessel lumen. In areas with active tumor growth, cells aggregated into patches with no lacunae, where the tumor cells changed significantly. Tumor cell nucleus is round and oval. There is a nucleus indentation to make it a few components leafy. The number of nucleolus is extremely clear and numbered from 1 to 4, and there are obvious edge sets. The cytoplasmic rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex are underdeveloped.
