一、材料与方法 本材料选用猴牙动物实验的部分内容。猴牙移动实验的设计,动物分组,矫治器的制作和正畸力值测定以及取材等请参考作者1988年在实用口腔医学杂志上发表的文章。 样品制备的方法 活体取材的组织块在1%的戍二醛和4%甲醛混合液固定24小时后,用双面金钢砂片沿近远中方向切为两半。每半包括侧切牙的唇侧和舌侧半边齿龈及其周围牙槽骨组织,在砂轮上(点水)磨成1—1.5mm厚的薄骨片,放入2.5%的戊二醛中第二次固定。硫酸和甲酸混合液脱钙2~3天。余按常规H、E染色组织切片的方法处理。
