川南矿区多以开采近距离易自然煤层群为主,因地质赋存条件及开采方法的限制使得部分煤体无法采出,在下部煤层开采过程中形成高位遗煤,受采动影响垮入采空区后时常发生严重自然发火事故,给矿井的安全生产带来严重威胁。基于此,以船景煤矿118~(-1)2工作面为例,开展近距离煤层开采过程中高位遗煤自然发火防治技术研究,在分析工作面自然发火影响因素的基础上,提出以工作面架间高位插管注浆为核心灭火技术方案。在保障本工作面安全回采的基础上,根本上消除了遗煤对下覆煤层开采的二次影响。
