目的了解导致食物中毒原因及研究中毒菌株的生物特性。方法按GB/T4789-2003方法将酒店厨房工作人员及中毒人员肛拭子、剩余的食物进行分离培养,用纯菌株进行生化试验。结果经调查,掌握了流行病学资料,以及通过试验在3份酒店厨房工作人员肛拭子、4份中毒人员肛拭子中分离到副溶血性弧菌株。结论副溶血性弧菌导致食物中毒发生。
Objective To understand the causes of food poisoning and to study the biological characteristics of the poisoned strains. Methods According to the method of GB / T4789-2003, the hotel kitchen staff and poisoning staff were rectal swabs, and the remaining food was isolated and cultured, and the pure strains were used for biochemical tests. Results After investigation, the epidemiological data were mastered. Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were isolated from the anal swabs of 3 hotel kitchen staffs and anal swabs of 4 poisoned persons through experiments. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus causes food poisoning.
