本文论述了用A-72焊条焊制的4.5Ni钢同种接头及4.5Ni钢与3.2Ni铸钢异种接头沿板厚方向(Z向)韧性的解剖分析结果。解剖分析表明,这两类接头的韧性Z向分布以先焊侧最好,后焊面与权厚中间层相当。系列温度冲击结果证明A-72焊条具有优良的低温韧性。解剖数据表明,为确保实际工程结构安全可靠,要求该焊条的韧性裕量最低储备必须达到21.6%,而研制阶段韧性统计结果表明,该焊条具有约23.6%的裕量,高于21.6%阀值。
This article describes the results of anatomical analysis of the toughness along the thickness (Z direction) of 4.5Ni steel welded joints of 4.5Ni steel and 3.2Ni cast steel welded with A-72 electrode. Anatomic analysis shows that the toughness Z distribution of these two types of joints is best with the first welding side, and the right welding side with the right thickness middle layer. Series temperature shock results prove that A-72 electrode has excellent low temperature toughness. The anatomical data show that in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the actual engineering structure, the minimum allowance for the toughness margin of the electrode must reach 21.6%, while the toughness statistics of the research stage indicate that the electrode has a margin of about 23.6% and is higher than the threshold of 21.6% .
