常规井下作业过程中,落地污油污水经常污染环境,造成地表水及土壤被污染,地表植被破坏等情况,油井污染情况比水井严重。以往常规作业所采用的地面井控设备和井下防喷工具,存在很大的局限性,尤其是环保效果差,已经不能满足现阶段的井控环保要求。本文介绍了井控环保的技术现状,针对存在的问题,近两年塔木察格油田开展了六项井控环保新技术的研究和应用,取得了明显效果,为常规作业实现井控环保目标提供了技术保障。
