企业在兼并重组、多元化和跨地发展过程中,企业文化冲突是不可回避的问题。上汽集团从营销服务网点扩展到建立产品制造基地、从周边地区扩展到全国布局、从整车企业扩展到并购零部件企业,发展速度日益加快。随着企业并购的进展,企业层次越来越多,地域越来越分散,外地员工比例越来越高,形成了文化的多样性,文化的多样性又带来了企业文化融合的高难度。为此,上汽集团加强了文化跨地融合与建设。
Corporate mergers and acquisitions, diversification and inter-regional development process, corporate culture conflicts are unavoidable problems. SAIC has expanded its marketing service network to establish a manufacturing base for products.
