从草苁蓉花序可提取的7%的水溶性粗多糖BWⅡ,酚—硫酸法测得其总糖含量为34.3%,SepharoseCL—4B柱层析分析表明.BWⅡ的平均分子量约3万,BWⅡ经Sevag法脱蛋白,H2O2脱色素后,G.C分析表明BWⅡ由Fuc.Glc.GlcAcn,Gal和Man组成,摩尔比,依次为5.85∶11.96∶1∶1.45∶1.74。
The total sugar content of 7% of the water-soluble polysaccharide BWII extractable from the inflorescence of Cistanche and the phenol-sulfuric acid method was 34.3%. Sepharose CL-4B column chromatography showed that the total sugar content was 34.3%. The average molecular weight of BWII is about 30,000. BWII is deproteinized by Sevag method, and H2O2 is depigmented. G. C analysis showed that BWII was Fuc. Glc. The compositions of GlcAcn, Gal and Man are in a molar ratio of 5.85: 1.19: 1 : 1.45: 1.74.
