小功率电弧炉用于铸造厂多数是和冲天炉双联做铁水提温和调料用,而一般都是超载运行,电极的升降大部分是用滑差离合器控制的。 电炉的节电首先要以减少热损失,提高热效率入手。我厂1.5吨电弧炉是和3吨冲天炉并联做铁水提温和调料用的。电炉的超载现象很严重。电极的升降是由滑差离合器控制的。滑差离合器的灵敏度高是件好事,但由于在控制电路的某些元件上存在一定的问题,所以虽经多次调整改造,电极仍是上窜下跳运行不稳。造成电流冲击过大,有时达9000A以上。这样一来变压器的瞬间冲击过载就更严重了,造成器身强烈振动,工作温度都在80℃以上。
