原发性高血压(EH)及其并发症正成为影响人类健康的主要病因之一。血压的调控受到体内众多因子的调控。G蛋白偶联受体激酶(G protein-coupled receptor kinases,GRKs)属丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族,GRK5属GRK4家族中的一员,在血管平滑肌、心脏表达丰富,它通过对G蛋白偶联受体及一些细胞因子的调控来实现对血压的调节。在去甲肾上腺素或血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的高血压模型中,GRK5在血管平滑肌细胞中的表达明显增加,高表达的GRK5可能增加了血管平滑肌细胞对去甲肾上腺素或血管紧张素Ⅱ的敏感性,从而在高血压发病中发挥重要的作用。同时,GRK5的高表达很可能对心肌损伤、心肌肥大及心力衰竭也有一定作用。
Essential hypertension (EH) and its complications are becoming one of the major causes of human health. Blood pressure regulation by many factors in the body. G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRKs) belong to the serine / threonine protein kinase family. GRK5 is a member of the GRK4 family which is abundant in vascular smooth muscle and heart. In norepinephrine or angiotensin II-induced hypertension model, the expression of GRK5 was significantly increased in vascular smooth muscle cells. High expression of GRK5 may increase the sensitivity of vascular smooth muscle cells to norepinephrine or angiotensin Ⅱ Sex, which play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Meanwhile, the high expression of GRK5 is likely to have some effect on myocardial injury, cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure.
