空场采矿法在回采矿房时,采场以敝空形式存在,并用矿柱和围岩自身的强度支撑采场的空间结构。因此,在设计空场采矿法时应注重对矿柱尺寸的设计和形状的确定问题,否则会造成较大的矿量损失或使矿柱起不到应有的作用。为正确地设计矿柱尺寸和选择合理的矿柱形状,本文就矿柱应力分布特性以及矿柱形状对其支撑能力的影响等问题,通过理论分析和光弹实验结果进行探讨。
Open-field mining method In mining the mining house, the stope exists in the form of empty space and supports the stope’s space structure with the strength of the pillar and the surrounding rock itself. Therefore, in the design of the opencast mining method, the design and shape determination of the pillar size should be paid attention to. Otherwise, the loss of the minefield will be larger or the pillar will not function properly. In order to correctly design the pillar size and choose a reasonable pillar shape, this paper discusses the stress distribution characteristics of the pillar and its influence on its supporting ability. Theoretical analysis and photoelastic experiment results are discussed.
