青藏公路是我国高原多年冻土区最具代表性的公路,从1973年交通部成立青藏公路科研组起,已经对高原多年冻土地区路基设计原则与路基设计高度等问题进行了30多年的研究。路基设计原则与路基设计高度是困扰在多年冻土区进行公路勘察设计的工程师们的关键参数,也是保持多年冻土区路基稳定性的关键参数,它不仅影响路基稳定性,对工程造价也起到一定的控制作用。因此,就青藏公路多年冻土区路基设计原则与路基设计高度等问题的变化进行讨论。
