日本佛手山药以其品质优、产量高、效益好而深受广大山药种植户的喜爱。它不仅可以直接食用,还可以进行深加工,在种植业结构调整的今天,种植山药不失为一种好的种植项目。一、土壤条件选择地势平坦、土层深厚、疏松肥沃、排水良好的砂壤土为好。土壤有机质≥1%,速效磷15～20毫克/千克,速效氮50～70毫克/千克,速效钾115～150毫克/千克。
