定义了端对端通信延时或平均响应延时，建立了估计端对端通信延时的模型，推导了估计端对端通信延时的计算方法。对端对端平均响应延时所做的初步数值分析结果表明，端对端平均响应延时是随着最大分组长度的增加而上升的，并且通信的速度越低这种增加越快。
The end-to-end communication delay or average response delay is defined. The model for estimating the end-to-end communication delay is established, and the method for calculating the end-to-end communication delay is derived. The preliminary numerical analysis of the end-to-end average response delay shows that the end-to-end average response delay increases with the maximum packet length, and the faster the communication, the faster the increase.
