目的:探讨全身麻醉后呼吸窘迫症的治疗方法的临床效果。方法:本研究采用了全麻下机械通气,其目的在于能有效的维持正常的肺泡通气和减少机体氧耗,改善肺的顺应性,降低肺水累积,提高功能残气量,防止肺泡萎陷。结果:采用全麻下机械通气,并结合积极的综合治疗,取得了良好的临床治疗效果。结论:采用全身麻醉控制呼吸治疗ARDS,是使病人完全处于静息的状态,避免了人机对抗,最大限度底发挥了PEEP的治疗效果,为病人的恢复提供可重要的保障。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome after general anesthesia. Methods: This study used mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia, the purpose is to effectively maintain normal alveolar ventilation and reduce body oxygen consumption, improve lung compliance, reduce lung water accumulation, improve functional residual capacity, prevent alveolar collapse. Results: The use of general anesthesia under mechanical ventilation, combined with positive comprehensive treatment, and achieved good clinical effect. CONCLUSIONS: The use of general anesthesia to control respiratory distress ARDS completely rests the patient and avoids man-machine confrontation. It exerts the therapeutic effect of PEEP to the utmost extent and provides an important guarantee for the patient’s recovery.
