心肌细胞膜钠泵是洋地黄正性肌力作用的药理学受体。据文献报道,心力衰竭(下简称心衰)时外周血红细胞洋地黄受体的改变,可以反映心肌受体的变化。本文应用放射性同位素~(86)Rb测定心衰患者外周血完整红细胞洋地黄受体的活性,现简要报道如下: 选择住院心脏病心衰患者50例(男27例,女23例)。平均年龄50.3±23.6岁,≥50岁27例,<50岁23例。心功能Ⅰ级(NYHA)16例,Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级17例。冠心病12例,高血压性心脏病12例,扩张型心肌病13例,风心病13例。所有病例均经病史查
Cardiac membrane sodium pump is the pharmacological effect of digitalis positive inotropic receptors. According to the literature, changes in digitalis receptors of peripheral blood erythrocytes during heart failure (hereinafter referred to as heart failure) can reflect the changes of myocardial receptors. In this paper, the radioactive isotope ~ (86) Rb determination of peripheral blood of patients with heart failure, complete red blood digitalis receptor activity, are now briefly reported as follows: 50 cases of hospitalized patients with heart failure heart failure (27 males and 23 females). The average age was 50.3 ± 23.6 years old, ≥50 years old in 27 cases, <50 years old in 23 cases. 16 cases of NYHA, 17 cases of grade Ⅱ, 17 cases of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Coronary heart disease in 12 cases, 12 cases of hypertensive heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy in 13 cases, rheumatic heart disease in 13 cases. All cases were history
