装配式建筑改变了建筑业的传统生成方式,是今后建筑业的发展方向。随着国家大力推动建筑产业现代化,预制构配件生产工厂迅猛发展。预制构件企业的生命是质量,而控制质量的核心便是模具。目前,预制构件模具主要有钢制模具、塑料模具、铝合金模具等。模具材质多种多样,本文主要对预制构件模具材质多样化的可行性进行研究以及综合考虑加工成本、周转次数、操作难度等方面合理的选用模具材质,得以认识到模具材质多样化的重要性和可操作性,使预制构件模具更贴近于生产,有利于行业的技术进步和生产方式的转变。
