目的:建立卫胃颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:样品经提取、薄层展开后,采用荧光扫描法对卫胃颗粒中盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定,展开剂为苯-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-异丙醇-水(6:3:1.5:1.5:0.3),激发波长λ=366nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.03104~0.1552μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为100.8%,RSD=1.9%。结论:测定方法简单、灵敏,结果准确、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weiwei granules. Methods: After the sample was extracted and the thin layer was developed, the content of berberine hydrochloride in Weiwei Granules was determined by fluorescence scanning method. The developing solvent was benzene-ethyl acetate-methanol-isopropanol-water (6:3:1.5). : 1.5:0.3), excitation wavelength λ=366 nm. RESULTS: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.03104 to 0.1552 μg, with a recovery of 100.8% and RSD of 1.9%. Conclusion: The determination method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of this product.
