目的了解忠县居民高血压、糖尿病患病情况及其主要危险因素,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法 2013年4月利用分层多阶段随机抽样方法抽取忠县辖区内18岁及以上居民1 389人,进行现场调查和体格检查,对核心指标进行描述性统计分析,将χ2检验选定的有统计学意义的指标纳入多因素Logistic回归,分析判定忠县居民高血压、糖尿病的影响因素。结果调查1 389人,检出高血压患者372例,粗患病率26.78%,年龄标化患病率26.70%;糖尿病患者111例,粗患病率7.99%,年龄标化患病率7.60%。单因素分析发现:年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、体重指数(BMI)等级、是否腹部肥胖、是否为糖尿病和是否有高血压家族史等是我县18岁及以上居民患高血压的影响因素;年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、体重指数(BMI)等级、是否腹部肥胖、是否为高血压和是否有糖尿病家族史等是我县18岁及以上居民患糖尿病的影响因素。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:年龄大、体质指数(BMI)超标、糖尿病患者和高血压家族史是高血压患病的危险因素;年龄大、体质指数(BMI)超标和高血压患者是糖尿病的危险因素。结论忠县居民高血压、糖尿病患病率处于较高水平。
Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus and its main risk factors in Zhongxian County and provide the basis for formulating interventions. Methods In April 2013, a total of 1 389 18-year-olds and above residents in Zhongxian Prefecture were recruited by stratified multi-stage random sampling method. Field surveys and physical examinations were conducted. Descriptive statistical analysis of core indicators was carried out. Statistical significance of the indicators into the multivariate Logistic regression analysis of Zhong County residents to determine the impact of hypertension, diabetes factors. Results A total of 1 389 hypertensive patients were detected, 372 cases of hypertension were detected, the crude prevalence rate was 26.78%, the age-standardized prevalence rate was 26.70%; 111 cases of diabetes mellitus, the crude prevalence rate was 7.99%, the age-standardized prevalence rate was 7.60% . Univariate analysis found that age, education level, marital status, body mass index (BMI), whether abdominal obesity, diabetes and family history of hypertension were the influencing factors of hypertension in residents aged 18 years and above in our county. Age, education level, marital status, body mass index (BMI) grade, whether abdominal obesity, whether high blood pressure and family history of diabetes mellitus are the influencing factors of diabetes in residents aged 18 years and older in our county. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that older people with excess body mass index (BMI), family history of diabetes and family history of hypertension were the risk factors of hypertension. The risk of diabetes was higher in patients with age, BMI and hypertension factor. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension and diabetes in Zhong County is at a high level.
