目的:观察枳壳饮片中4种黄酮类化合物含量采用高效相色谱法同步测定的效果。方法:应用Waters2695高效液相色谱仪对枳壳饮片中新橙皮苷、柚皮芸香苷、橙皮苷、柚皮苷4种黄酮类化合物的含量进行测定。结果:在操作时,取同一份供试品溶液,按上述色谱条件进样,对峰面积记录,新橙皮苷峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%,柚皮芸香苷为0.21%,橙皮苷为0.23%,柚皮苷为0.40%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法对枳壳饮片中4种黄酮类化合物含量进行测量,具有简便、重复性好、准确、快速等优点,有较高应用价值。
Objective: To observe the effect of simultaneous determination of four flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Waters 2695 high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of 4 new flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii from Fructus Aurantii, Fructus Pomegranate, Hesperidin and Naringin. Results: In operation, the same sample solution was taken and injected according to the above chromatographic conditions. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak area of new hesperidin was 1.0%, that of grapefruit rutin was 0.21% Hesperidin was 0.23%, naringin 0.40%. Conclusion: The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of four flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii Pieces, which is simple, reproducible, accurate and rapid. It has high application value.
