为观察丝光绿蝇室内连续饲养的各代蛹形态变化,将丝光绿蝇引入室内,采用人工配制的幼虫饲料在室内进行连续饲养,分别随机挑取室内第2~5代1日龄蛹,及时称量蛹重,测量蛹长。结果发现,第2~5代蛹长(x±s)分别为(mm):6.85±0.30,7.13±0.21,7.17±0.22,6.79±0.22;蛹重分别为(g):0.0268±0.0032,0.0294±0.0018,0.029±0.002,0.026±0.003。经t检验,第3、4代间蛹重、蛹长均无显著性差异,但蛹重、蛹长都显著性大于第2代及第5代;第2、5代间在蛹重及蛹长均无统计学差异。
In order to observe the morphological changes of pupae cultured continuously in the laboratory, the silky green flies were introduced indoors, and the larvae feed was manually fed indoors.
